Creative Director
What you will be doing:
- Develop and refine ideas for advertising campaigns, offline events, and brand communications.
- Formulate creative concepts from brief to final implementation.
- Select strong ideas and provide reasoned rejection of weak ones, regardless of their source.
- Set and maintain a high standard for the quality of creative work and copy.
- Build team performance and collaboration with agencies and contractors.
- Establish a managed process: brief → idea → implementation → final.
- Translate business objectives into creative solutions.
- Present and defend creative concepts effectively.
Our requirements for candidates:
- Experience managing a creative team.
- Experience developing ideas for advertising campaigns and special projects (brand / digital / offline events, conferences).
- Ability to formulate and defend creative concepts.
- Understanding of how creative work impacts business results.
- Willingness to take responsibility for final decisions and team outcomes.
- Ability to make unpopular decisions and withstand pressure.
