Creative Director at Aquilon Pharmaceutical Company
Aquilon pharmaceutical company is looking for a Creative Director to shape the brand's visual and communication strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Development and advancement of the brand's creative strategy;
- Formation of a unified visual concept for the company and product line;
- Control over identity, packaging, advertising materials, and digital content;
- Generation of creative ideas for brand promotion (offline and online);
- Setting tasks and controlling the work of agencies and other contractors;
- Supervision of photo and video shoots;
- Participation in the development of new products in terms of positioning and visual presentation;
- Control of compliance of all communications with brand values and strategy;
- Analysis of market trends (pharma, wellness, beauty).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Creative Director / Art Director;
- Experience in brand development (preferably in pharma, FMCG, beauty, or wellness);
- Strong portfolio of completed projects;
- Experience in managing contractors and creative teams;
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer behavior;
- Strong visual awareness, strategic thinking, and systematic approach;
- Ability to not only generate ideas but also bring them to fruition.
