Creative Director
Company: DODO BRANDS (Dodo Pizza, Drinkit)
Location: Moscow, Moscow, RU
Drinkit is a new generation of digital coffee shops from Dodo Brands. We have reimagined the coffee business and made it completely digital, from ordering in the app, where you can customize your drink and adjust the taste as you like with one click, to smart dispensing that remembers the guest's name and helps easily find their order among dozens of others.
We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong agency background and experience in an in-house team. We need someone who can create ideas based on insights and cultural context – ideas that go beyond advertising and turn into campaigns that people want to discuss and share.
In this role, you will define the brand's creative vision, lead a multidisciplinary team, and be responsible for the development of marketing campaigns and creative materials across all brand touchpoints – from global campaigns and seasonal launches to packaging, in-app communications, interiors, and regular marketing materials.
This role combines creative leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a high level of creativity throughout the company.
What you will do:
Creative Leadership
- Define and develop the overall creative vision of the brand across all channels and markets;
- Lead the creation of integrated 360° campaigns – from concept to production and launch;
- Challenge briefs, shape the creative strategy, and ensure a high level of quality and a consistent style across all brand touchpoints;
- Create creative platforms and big ideas based on insights and business objectives, and turn them into omnichannel campaigns;
- Develop culturally relevant campaigns that attract attention on their own, not just through media budgets;
- Generate creative ideas for PR opportunities, partnerships, and activations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global and local marketing, product, interior, and app teams;
- Translate business objectives into strong creative solutions;
- Present and defend ideas with sound arguments to key stakeholders;
- Balance bold creative solutions with business goals and customer needs.
Team Management
- Lead and inspire the internal creative team: creators, copywriters, design studio, and content production;
- Develop the team through regular feedback, mentoring, and creative guidance;
- Foster an open, supportive, and strong creative culture;
- Establish creative standards, conduct work reviews, and maintain a high bar of quality.
Campaigns and Production
Lead the development and production of global and local projects:
- integrated brand and seasonal campaigns;
- in-coffee shop experiences;
- brand activations and experiential projects;
- partnerships and collaborations;
- PR opportunities;
- social-first campaigns;
- events and pop-up projects;
- OOH and other offline solutions;
- content ecosystems that support large campaigns;
- in-app communications and digital campaigns.
Oversee production from concept to final execution, working with internal teams and external partners.
Brand and Design
- Be responsible for the development and integrity of the Drinkit brand identity;
- Develop and maintain the relevance of brand guidelines;
- Oversee the development of all marketing materials, packaging, merchandise, and graphic materials for interiors;
- Be responsible for the final quality of creative work across all brand touchpoints.
What we expect:
- Over 10 years of experience in creative roles, including several years in a creative leadership position within an in-house team;
- Experience working in leading branding, creative, or communication agencies;
- Experience creating integrated 360° campaigns – from strategy to execution across various channels (digital, retail, experiential, earned media, and others);
- Expertise in concept development, branding, graphic design, and content production;
- A portfolio that showcases strong ideas, brand platforms, integrated campaigns, and activations, not just high-quality design;
- Experience creating culturally relevant campaigns that have achieved organic reach, sparked discussion, or delivered significant business results;
- A good understanding of experiential marketing, customer experience in retail, brand activations, partnerships, and modern audience engagement methods beyond traditional advertising;
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in building, developing, and motivating high-performing creative teams encompassing diverse specializations;
- Experience working with digital products and services, as well as with B2C brands in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors;
- Experience working in multiple international markets;
- Ability to present and defend creative ideas, build rapport with stakeholders, and establish effective communication;
- Fluent Russian and working English (spoken and written).
What we are ready to offer:
- Work in a global company with ambitious goals and large-scale projects;
- A culture of freedom and responsibility. We value those who are ready to make decisions and take responsibility for them;
- Transparent conditions. Competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development;
- Hybrid or remote work format;
- Paid training. Courses, conferences, professional literature, and co-financing for English at Skyeng;
- Employee well-being. Voluntary medical insurance from day one, including dental care, and mental health support through Alter.
