A healthy brand Coral Club is looking for an Art Director.

- First and foremost – managing the art team (20 people). The team includes graphic designers, digital designers, illustrators, 3D artists, art leads, and content producers.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of a creative strategy for the brand (considering localization for Asian, European, and American markets);
- Control of visual style and tone of voice in all company communications;
- Creation and development of guidelines (brand book, UI-kit, content guidelines);
- Art direction of content: advertising campaigns, digital and print materials, SMM, e-mail, web, app, PR;
- Updating and developing the brand's visual identity within the global strategy;
- Building effective workflows within the team, task allocation, quality control;
- Working with contractors, including photographers, video production, illustrators, and agencies.

Expectations from the candidate:
- Worked as an Art Director or Creative Director for at least 3 years;
- Managed a team of 15+ people (including designers and art leads);
- Have experience working with international markets (West, Asia);
- Possess a developed visual taste and understand modern design trends;
- Know the wellness industry and the specifics of its visual communication;
- Experienced in branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, 3D;
- Fluent in English (at least B2).
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working with MLM companies;
- Understanding the specifics of creative strategies in the wellness industry;
- Experience in international branding projects and content localization.
