We are 12 Cosmonauts, and we are currently looking for an Art Director to join the SberMobile design support team. You will become the "single point of entry" for quality and help us build a flawless creative pipeline.

12 Cosmonauts is a design support service. Our clients are leaders in their industries: SberMobile, X5, Kaspersky, DODO Brands, Fix Price, and many others.
Who we are looking for
- An experienced Art Director with a background in design of 6–7 years.
- A leader with strong creative team management skills.
- Experience working with telecom or large brands will be a plus.
What you will do
- Provide "supervision of everything" — control every layout for compliance with guidelines and quality standards.
- Act as a single point of contact for the client on all design, creative, and TOV (Tone of Voice) matters.
- Distribute tasks among designers, considering their workload and professional level.
- Formulate the logic and argumentation for decisions, shifting discussions from an "I like it / I don't like it" format to a constructive one.
- Be responsible for meeting deadlines and quality.
- Work closely with a manager, helping to manage client expectations and iterations.
- Develop a knowledge base: document new rules and collect examples of good/bad solutions.
What you definitely need to know how to do
- Work with and maintain order in Figma.
- Work masterfully with brand and design guidelines, using them as the primary source of rules.
- Conduct creative team reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Quickly immerse yourself in tasks: adhere to the "10-minute rule" for responding and replying to the team.
- Recruit people for the team: from forming candidate profiles to onboarding.
