Online cinema Ivi is looking for an Art Director (Ivi Originals).

How things work at Ivi:

• They communicate in Pachka, and use Jira as a task tracker.
• They try to automate routine operations using bots.
• They hold regular one-on-one meetings for development and feedback exchange.

In the Ivi team, you will:

• Develop key visuals for the launch of Ivi's original projects.
• Work with a copywriter/creator to develop promotional materials accompanying the title launch.
• Create mockups, sketches, storyboards, and any other visual materials.
• Generate ideas for special projects and activations, create bright and clear sketches for selling ideas.
• Develop concepts for static materials (posters), further brief designers, control the quality of mockup production, and incorporate comments.
• Participate in promo shoots, supervise photo and video shoots.
• Develop ideas for promotional campaign video formats. Provide production support for video creatives: control editing quality, brief and control graphic production quality.
• Provide creative support for special projects at all stages of pre- and post-production: create mockups for contractors according to technical specifications, transfer necessary files, and control the quality of visual material implementation.
• Write production briefs for approved creative materials: static and video.
• Create strong, sales-oriented presentations (Figma/Keynote/Google Docs).
• Effectively manage and develop a team of designers.
• Meet deadlines, ability to allocate timeframes within the team and with external contractors.
• Ability to brief designers, contractors, and outsourced teams, capacity to clearly convey approved ideas.
• Study Ivi's visual guides and ensure their compliance in video and static materials.
• Develop Ivi's image advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the Ivi marketing team.

Ivi's expectations for the candidate:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a design team lead/art director.
• Work thoughtfully with visuals, understand trends, and stay updated on what's currently relevant.
• Ability to work according to a brief.
• Ability to generate ideas, distinguish an idea from a technique or mechanic.
• Have experience with typography design.
• Proficient in Figma/Photoshop at a high level.
• Ability to use neural networks at a high level for optimizing tasks and processes.
• Possess any other technical skills: Blender, 3D modeling, compositing, editing software, etc.
• Love movies and series. It's important to watch and know Ivi's content, but this can be learned after you start collaborating.
• Have a high level of awareness regarding content, trailers, and series launches on other markets and streaming services.
• Ability to be bold when defending good ideas. Ability to be flexible to listen to others and incorporate team feedback.
• Meet deadlines and be able to structure projects according to key milestones, understanding the production processes of advertising materials.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have worked/are working with streaming platforms or participated in projects related to movies and series.
• Have a strong portfolio in branding, visual concepts, and typography design.
