Design Team Lead (Creative Tech) at Zvuk Audio Service

You will lead the Creative Tech direction within Zvuk's design team — a team that transforms technology into a sustainable competitive advantage in visual experience. Your task is to ensure that AI, 3D, motion, and creative coding continuously enhance the product and communication, while Zvuk's visual language remains cohesive, recognizable, and technological.

Zvuk already has a Creative Tech division: they use AI tools, automation, and new visual formats in the product and marketing, and see a measurable effect in production speed and solution quality.

Now, a leader is needed to take over this direction, set its focus, build systematic processes, expand the technology stack, and connect the team's work with the goals of the product and brand. You will be part of Zvuk's design function, working at the intersection of communication design, marketing, content, and product design.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the Creative Tech direction: shape the strategy, prioritize initiatives, plan team workload and development.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily work of designers and related teams: automate routine tasks, accelerate creative asset preparation, increase the variety and quality of visual solutions.
• Oversee AI creative: cover art, graphics, promotional materials, visual concepts for campaigns and product features, select and configure tools for Zvuk's tasks.
• Develop the motion design direction: visual scripts in communication and product that explain complex functions and shape the emotional perception of the brand.
• Develop creative coding: interactive and generative formats, dynamic graphics, special projects, and visual experiments that can become part of the product or communication.
• Establish sustainable interaction with communication design and marketing: get involved at the idea formation stage, help find formats that leverage technology advantageously.
• Create and develop internal pipelines and tools: templates, presets, libraries, service integrations — everything that speeds up the path from task to deployment.
• Conduct regular art direction: evaluate creatives, animations, and technological experiments, align them with Zvuk's visual language, help the team grow professionally.
• Monitor the development of tools and practices in the market and update the stack in a timely manner to maintain the team's high level of expertise.

What we expect from you:

• Experience at the intersection of design and technology: AI creative, 3D, generative graphics, interactive, complex motion, or related formats — with live examples in your portfolio.
• Strong visual and conceptual taste: you can evaluate not only "how it looks" but also "how it works for the product and brand task." Experience with modern AI tools for visuals and video, and a readiness to quickly learn new solutions.
• Confident understanding of motion design principles; a plus — practical experience or deep experience in setting tasks and accepting work from motion and 3D specialists.
• Background in creative coding or close collaboration with developers on visual projects: you know where code unlocks new visual possibilities and how to work with it.
• Leadership experience: you have built processes, made decisions on team focus, conducted reviews, and helped designers grow.
• Strong communication skills: you can explain complex things in simple terms, negotiate, and defend quality without conflicts of interest.

What will be a plus:

• Experience in media, streaming, entertainment, gaming, or other products where visual experience directly impacts engagement.
• Participation in projects with AR/VR, immersive formats, installations, or experimental interfaces.
• Experience launching or developing creative technology directions within a product, agency, or production company.
• Skill in working with experiments and analytics: understanding how to test visual hypotheses and measure results.
