IT company VIZHU is looking for an Art Director (Multimedia Spaces).
VIZHU is a leader in the Russian market in the creation of large-scale socio-cultural, educational, museum, and exhibition spaces.
The Art Director will:
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a holistic, expressive, and feasible visual concept for the project, corresponding to the idea, customer's tasks, deadlines, and technical limitations,
- Formulate the artistic concept of the project, adapt concepts to project requirements,
- Ensure the visual integrity of the project,
- Lead a team of designers and artists,
- Interact with the project team: architecture, creative department, engineering and technical staff, etc.,
- Present visual solutions, interact with the client,
- Control the quality of the final result.
Candidate expectations:
- Love for their work, drive, engagement, and initiative,
- Experience in designing visual spaces, forums, and exhibitions (portfolio required),
- Personal qualities: leadership, systemic thinking, results orientation, responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility, attentiveness, empathy,
- Portfolio with completed projects,
- At least 2 years of experience as an art director for visual installations and design.
