We are actively developing and want to strengthen our team. We are looking for a Senior Art Producer for the aesthetics department, who will create stylish and beautiful projects together with the art producer and designers.
WHAT WE WILL DO
- develop visual concepts for events from tenders to implementation (selecting references, materials, creating mood boards)
- create a wide range of visualizations (develop project design codes with designers, design brand zones, set design, merchandise, decor using a 3D designer, AI artist, or sketch artist)
- prepare presentations and participate in client idea defenses
- select contractors for specific project tasks (design, decor, production, etc.)
- participate in project implementation from budget calculation and communication with contractors to planning and participating in installation/dismantling if necessary (business trips and travel are possible).
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- have worked in a similar position in the event industry for at least 3 years
- have a portfolio of your completed projects and are ready to share it
- have a good sense of taste and visual awareness, know trends, and can adapt them in your work
- be neat and attentive to detail
- be systematic and ready to manage your project activities in an internal task tracker.
