The creative in-house studio team WB360 (Wildberries&Russ) is looking for an experienced Art Director who can come up with and implement ideas for large 360 campaigns, skillfully create production briefs, and knows all the intricacies of video production.
The joint company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
What you need to do:
- Participate in the development of concepts for advertising campaigns;
- Be responsible for implementation and the shooting process;
- Participate in the selection and control of contractors at all stages of production.
What experience and knowledge are needed:
- Have experience working with large brands in advertising agencies for 3+ years as an Art Director / Senior Art Director;
- Possess developed conceptual thinking, understanding of strategic communication goals;
- Think in big ideas and be able to break any of them down into any formats (from video to outdoor advertising and special projects);
- Know how to defend and protect your ideas, understand the strengths and weaknesses of a particular proposal;
- Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of advertising material production, especially video and animation;
- Skillfully use neural networks in your work (subscriptions will be provided);
- Have experience shooting TV commercials, which you can confirm with a strong portfolio.
