We are looking for an Art Director for Yandex Go's Magic Camp.
Magic Camp is a creative in-house studio at Yandex Go. The team shapes the positioning and visual identity of the brand, creating campaigns for Taxi, Samokat, Refueling, and other Yandex services. They produce multimedia projects of any complexity — from in-app communications and performance creative to large-scale special projects and 360 campaigns in B2C and B2B. They shoot videos, populate photo banks, follow trends, and test neural networks and other new tools. The studio's projects regularly receive awards at international festivals.
Your tasks will include:
- Visual Strategy: You will be responsible for forming and developing a unified brand style across all touchpoints — from digital to offline, developing design systems, brand guides, and visual principles.
- Creative Development: You will participate in brainstorming sessions, conceptualize campaigns, special projects, and new brands, visualize ideas, and create key visuals and inspirational content.
- Team Management: You will lead several designers, help them grow professionally, and foster a culture of high-quality design. You will also work with contractors, oversee production, and seek new approaches and talents.
Requirements:
- Over two years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with knowledge of AI tools.
- Ability to articulate your decisions and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Excellent taste and a keen sense of current trends in design, art, and visual culture.
- A deep passion and enthusiasm for creativity.
