Senior Creative Art Director at Kinopoisk

We are looking for a Senior Creative Art Director to join the communications team of one of the most notable brands in the industry — Kinopoisk.

The brand is actively growing: new directions, formats, and user touchpoints are emerging — from large 360° campaigns and branded special projects to product communications, identity, and offline activations.

We need a strong Art Director who can generate big ideas, feels the brand's visual language, and can bring creativity to quality implementation — from concept to final production. It's important that we are looking for an Art Director who is equally strong in both ideas and the brand's visual system.

In this role, you will influence how Kinopoisk looks, sounds, and is perceived by users.

What tasks await you

Development and Defense of Creative Concepts You will develop and implement creative concepts for advertising campaigns, special projects, videos, and other communication formats — in a pair with a creative copywriter or independently. You will have to present and defend creative solutions to key stakeholders. You will need to work in cross-functional teams (marketing, product, PR, design), see business tasks and find working creative solutions for them.

Development of the Brand's Visual Language You will work on project identities and Kinopoisk's identity in general, developing the brand's visual language both in external communication and in the product. Your task will be to help the team search for new visual approaches and formats, inspire experimentation and development.

Art Direction of Creative Production, Including Shoots You will art direct shoots, CGI/AI videos, and other formats, controlling visual and semantic quality at all stages. You will oversee the work of external contractors — production specialists, studios, freelancers, and agencies: creating briefs, setting the creative direction, and ensuring a high level of execution.

We Expect You

• Have at least seven years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or a strong in-house team
• Have a design background and experience in developing identity — both for brands and for individual projects
• Are able to work at different levels: from big ideas and 360° campaigns to individual creative concepts, videos, and special projects
• Have participated in the art direction of advertising videos (shoots, graphics, AI) and understand production processes: can manage shoots, graphics, and production of non-standard formats, set and accept tasks, meet deadlines and maintain quality
• Can present ideas, justify decisions, and work with feedback
• Are well-versed in the global creative industry and visual culture
• Use modern tools, including AI
• Think about business tasks and know how to find strong creative solutions for them
• Are self-sufficient, can work in conditions of uncertainty, and decompose complex tasks
• Have a portfolio of strong implemented projects. Having industry awards will be a big plus
