We are looking for an Art Director for Yandex Lavka to lead the visual aspect of advertising campaigns — from concept and key visual to production, adaptations, and quality control across dozens of formats.
This is a role at the intersection of creativity and production: you will work extensively with internal teams and outsourcing. It is important to be able to work with AI generations (neural networks) and to build processes so that contractors consistently deliver work at the required level.
What tasks await you:
- Visual Project Management: You will lead the visual aspect of projects: coordinate internal designers and outsourcing (graphic design, motion graphics, retouching, BTL, shooting teams), build processes for working with contractors, ensure a consistent quality level of their work, and control the consistency of the brand's visual language across all touchpoints.
- Advertising Campaigns: You will create the visual concept for campaigns — from key visual (KV) to the adaptation system, justify decisions, present the concept to stakeholders and explain its logic, as well as monitor the development of identity and its compliance with brand objectives.
- Production Organization: You will prepare briefs, references, mood boards, storyboards, and animatics, oversee shooting and post-production, control the final result, develop guides and templates to optimize workflows and unify work with contractors, as well as use neural networks for photo and video generation and bring the results to production quality.
Requirements:
- You have worked with branding and identity.
- You are proficient in Figma and Adobe.
- You use neural networks for photo and video generation and know how to bring results to production quality.
- You understand the production process: working with briefs, post-production, communication with contractors.
- You clearly formulate and defend decisions with arguments.
- You identify bottlenecks in processes and propose improvements.
- You have a strong visual taste and extensive visual experience.
- You are ready to take full responsibility for the campaign's visual aspect: from quality and deadlines to approval processes and the final result.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have shooting experience in photo or video production: worked with lighting, composition, set design, directing, and understand on-set processes.
- Have experience in branding and identity, outsourcing management, BTL, and special projects.
- Have worked in e-commerce or food service.
