Wildberries & Russ are looking for an Art Director to help develop and scale brands within the RWB fintech direction: Wibes and WB Books.
The combined company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
About the role:
- This role is for someone who equally understands the idea, system, and visual culture of a brand. Insight, strong work with graphics, and an understanding of how a brand lives in different environments: from interfaces and advertising campaigns to special projects and merchandise are important.
What you will do:
- Develop and launch new brands within the fintech ecosystem;
- Formulate and maintain the visual system of brands;
- Create guides and design principles that scale to different formats and teams;
- Work at the idea level: special projects, advertising campaigns, collaborations, merchandise;
- Lead the internal design team;
- Oversee external teams and contractors, monitor the quality of implementation;
- Develop design libraries and visual assets (photos, 3D, illustrations).
What experience and knowledge are needed:
- Experience in branding or communication agencies or strong in-house teams;
- Experience managing a team of 3 or more people;
- Ability to clearly explain and defend design solutions;
- Balance of conceptual thinking and attention to implementation;
- Attention to detail: typography, graphics, and the Russian language.
