BKS Investment World is looking for an Art Director.

What you will be doing:
- Lead projects from idea to implementation: branding, marketing campaigns, digital and offline communications
- Manage a team of designers: assign tasks, monitor quality, develop employees
- Participate in the development of the brand book, visual concepts for advertising campaigns, OLV, SMM, TV
- Develop and maintain a design system in Figma — structure components, update guidelines, ensure style consistency across all channels
- Lead projects from idea to implementation: branding, rebranding, marketing campaigns, digital and offline communications, OLV, SMM, TV, motion, 3D
- Implement and scale AI tools in design processes: image generation, video, animation, prototyping, automation of routine tasks — without loss of quality
- Interact with contractors (video, photo, illustration, production)
Candidate expectations:
- Art Director experience of 3+ years in large companies, preferably in the financial sector/telecom
- Strong portfolio including digital, branding, campaigns, motion/3D
- Proficiency in Figma for creating and managing complex design systems
- Confident command of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere Pro
- Practical experience with Blender (3D modeling, animation, visualization — a plus if there is experience in designing 3D environments for products/brands)
- Experience in building, scaling, and managing a design team
- Rebranding skills, including work with brand books, guidelines, and visual concepts
