Alfa-Bank is looking for an Art Director.
What you will be doing:
- Designing, implementing, supporting, and developing the corporate identity, creating a brand book;
- Developing landing page designs and mockups for email newsletters;
- Developing Key Visuals (KV) and materials for advertising campaigns and product development activations;
- Developing design materials for special projects and events (online/offline), for example: from a show opening event to a conference booth design, from video for a media facade to support for BTL activities, etc., depending on the approved work plan;
- Developing presentation templates for internal use and for communication with partners, taking into account product and bank guidelines;
- Developing branded product designs (merch);
- Creating illustrations and graphic elements in the corporate style;
- Developing and laying out design mockups for physical media, preparing materials for print and production;
- Creating animations and videos for internal communications;
- Creating graphic materials for banners and covers within the company's digital products;
Requirements:
- A portfolio of projects as an Art Director;
- Experience in developing a design system and identity, experience in scaling and developing identity;
- Experience in managing a design team (hiring, onboarding, development, performance reviews, terminations);
- Experience working with digital and physical media;
- Active use of the AI stack in task execution (+ description of solutions used + work examples (static/dynamic));
- Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma;
- Experience in 3D modeling and animation is desirable (+work examples);
- A significant plus is experience with website builders, neural networks, and 3D modeling software;
- Healthy perfectionism: demanding of oneself and the team, readiness to take responsibility, a proactive approach to tasks, tolerance for feedback.
