Art Director at Alfa-Bank (in Belarus)
Alfa-Bank is looking for an Art Director.
Alfa-Bank is one of the leading private banks, systemically important in Belarus. We operate like a fintech company, integrating successful practices in mobile payments, online lending, digital transactions, and other advanced technologies into our business model.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee art direction for advertising campaigns: from concept to execution across all formats (from stories to billboards);
- Create stylized guidelines (colors, fonts, textures, photo style), identities, and adapt them for different channels;
- Implement AI tools for idea generation, routine task automation, and workflow acceleration (e.g., Figma Auto-Layout, generative templates);
- Optimize processes: test AI images for brand compliance, implement Kanban/Jira for team task management;
- Interact with clients: conduct briefings demonstrating AI solutions, explain the advantages of the technology for business;
- Oversee the work of external contractors (agencies, freelancers) for style and standards compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro);
- Confident experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, generative neural networks) for design and briefing;
- Ability to use Jira/Notion/Slack for task management;
- Skills in A/B testing visuals (analysis of CTR, impact of design on effectiveness).
Professional Competencies:
- Understanding of advertising trends (TikTok style, stories format, dynamic banners);
- Experience with AI-generative design (how to use neural networks without quality loss);
- Skills in data-driven design (metric analysis, A/B visual testing);
- Creative team management (from junior to senior);
- Briefing skills (how to clearly convey vision to designers and clients).
