We are looking for an Art Director for the clothing brand ARLIGENT.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the production of photoshoots: developing concepts, mood boards, forming the team and budget;
- Approving visual references, overseeing all pre-production stages (styling, briefing the team, etc.);
- Coordinating the shooting process: controlling the set, selecting models, confirming key shots;
- Curating post-production: receiving materials, making edits, ensuring brand DNA consistency;
- Developing graphic materials (press releases, linesheets, print products);
- Creating and managing digital content: social media, email newsletters, banners for the website and contextual advertising;
- Preparing print-ready layouts, quality control of printed materials;
- Developing branding for special projects, participating in the creation of materials for clothing production;
- Forming concepts and mood boards for photoshoots, events, and special projects;
- Developing visual concepts for pop-ups, corners, and stores, supervising installation;
- Maintaining the integrity of the brand's visual concept across all platforms;
- Liaising with creative agencies, contractors, and artists.
Requirements:
- Experience in producing commercial photoshoots;
- Deep understanding of visual language, aesthetics, and current trends;
- Proficiency in tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Higgsfield, and animation editors;
- Developed negotiation and deal-making skills;
- Creative thinking, proactivity, attention to detail;
