We are looking for a Chief Designer for the 12 STOREEZ brand

Role Mission:

• To ensure the full cycle of creation and development of women's collections — from creative idea to approved designs — by building an effective process between the design team, external designers, and the Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Create a creative vision for women's collections: analyze trends, form mood boards and color palettes for the season
• Establish a direct communication channel with the Creative Director, reducing the number of approval iterations
• Approve final versions with the Creative Director
• Analyze the competencies of the internal design team, set tasks, and create a feedback culture for development
• Prepare test assignments for external designers, evaluate results, and approve contracts

Candidate Profile:

• Personal expertise in fashion design — understanding of trends, creative vision, developed taste
• Experience in managing a design team: task setting, motivation, development
• Experience in organizing and setting up the design process — from idea to approved model
• Ability to work in a matrix structure — cross-functional interaction, working with multiple stakeholders
