Digital solutions integrator AGIMA invites an Art Director to join the team for work on pre-sales and various projects in a hybrid format: office + client meetings.
A separate focus of the role is the conscious use of AI tools in the design process.
What you will do:
- Create design concepts for digital and communication projects, argue and defend them to clients
- Form the creative and visual direction of projects: from idea and design concept to the final quality of implementation
- Participate in pre-sales and tenders, represent and defend the company's design expertise;
apply AI tools and LLM in the design process
- Supervise the project's design team: designers, illustrators, motion designers, control the quality of their work
- Lead the development of design systems, UI kits, visual guidelines, and rules for scaling design solutions
Candidate expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency or design studio, portfolio with at least 6 implemented commercial cases
- Desire to experiment with form, meaning, visual metaphors, and digital formats
- Experience with CG, low/no-code, generative graphics, motion design, and animation
- Experience applying AI tools and LLM in the design process: for visual research, concept development, generation of design hypotheses, preparation of mood boards, key visuals, interface solutions, and presentation materials
- Proven conceptualization skills, strong typography skills, personal approach to visual research and working with references
- Good eye and broad outlook, extending beyond digital design and branding
- Constant monitoring of trends in design, AI-assisted production, digital communications, design management
- Experience creating digital products together with researchers, strategists, product managers, and developers
- Knowledge of UX methodologies, experience in designing user flows, creating wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Understanding of digital project development processes and artifacts: sprint, backlog, iterations, metrics, conversion, KPI, Roadmap, MVP
- Ability to listen, argue design solutions, provide feedback, and take responsibility for the result
- Multitasking, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
