LOOKING FOR AN ART DIRECTOR / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I am creating a sports digital media about St. Petersburg: events, places, people, routes, and everything related to sports and active urban life. I am currently looking for someone to help me form and develop the project's visual language on a long-term basis. I need not just a graphic designer who will create a logo or a few templates. I need someone who can see the project as a whole and build a visual system: — develop a visual concept and art direction; — define typography, color, composition, and graphic techniques; — form visual principles for Reels, carousels, Stories, and other formats; — help build a unified style for motion/video content; — review already published materials and provide art-directional feedback; — gradually develop the media's visual language, not start from scratch every time.
Especially interested if you have experience in: art direction / creative direction / visual identity / digital media / social media / motion design. It will be a big plus if you understand the visuals of modern digital content, not just classic branding.
Not full-time. In the first stage, I want to work together to establish the visual direction and basic system, and then transition to long-term cooperation with regular consultations and art direction. That is, I need someone with whom I can periodically discuss: "Here's what we want to release. How best to present it visually?" and "Here are the next 5 videos. Let's see how the style is evolving." Payment is discussed individually, depending on experience and work format.
I will be especially glad to see not just beautiful individual works, but projects where you have actually formed a visual system and direction.
