Nimax is looking for an Art Director.
Responsibilities:
- Art direction in branding: lead the development and control the quality of concept implementation — identity, key visual, SMM concepts
- Visual art direction in web: shape the visual direction of web projects together with the UX/UI team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and discussions with the team
- Interact with the client at all stages of work, present and defend the results
- Organize and optimize design processes
- Participate in presales and preparation of creative proposals
- Participate in the preparation of case studies and festival submissions
Candidate Expectations:
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency or design studio as an Art Director
- Strong portfolio of implemented projects
- Ability to formulate and develop visual concepts
- Understanding of branding processes, web projects, and business tasks
- High communication skills: ability to defend, argue, and inspire
Conditions:
- Full remote or hybrid with an office in St. Petersburg or "Praktika" open spaces in other cities
- Flexible start and end of the day: start between 09-11 Moscow Time, end between 18-20 Moscow Time
- Salary depending on level, based on interview results
