Creative Producer

Experience required: 1 to 3 years Full-time, 5/2 Office-based

You will work at a video and photo studio. The team is responsible for product photography in our own studio and controls the quality of the shot material.

What you will do:

1. Curate the production of visual content for the Ecom showcase.
2. Select references for photographers and videographers for photo/video banners.
3. Organize and oversee the shooting process.
4. Approve photo/video content for product cards in accordance with the company's visual requirements.
5. Conduct an audit of the visual component of the website by categories for compliance with company guidelines.
6. Develop concepts for photo and video shoots.
7. Ensure project control at all stages.

1. Experience in organizing the full cycle of photo and video content production: from concept development to post-production.
2. Skills in selecting and developing visual references for photo and video shoots.
3. Knowledge of the basics of composition, lighting, and color.
4. Experience interacting with contractors.
5. Skills in organizing shoots: selecting locations and models, coordinating props and clothing.
6. Ability to maintain a unified visual brand concept and control content quality.
7. Experience in content approval and effective interaction with creative and related teams.
8. Developed sense of taste, visual awareness, creative thinking.
