Creative agency Beam emotional marketing is looking for an Art Director.
Beam emotional marketing is a full-cycle creative agency. The company helps brands build deep connections with their audience through strategy, creativity, and digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into client tasks — participate in briefs and meetings to find real insights, not just look at the technical specifications.
- Develop concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, digital, and special projects.
- Assign tasks to designers, check quality, provide honest and constructive feedback. Effectively manage resources.
- Defend ideas to the client. Participate in tenders and pitches.
- Develop a culture of taste. Be a senior friend to the team, improve designers' skills, and infect them with visual hunger.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in creative industries as an Art Director or Senior Designer. Agency experience is preferred to understand the project lifecycle from brief to delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio with implemented (real) cases.
- Experience with 3D (Blender / Cinema 4D) will be a significant plus.
