Creative agency Navy is looking for an Art Director.
You are not just an art director, but someone who creates a strong visual identity, inspires the team, and comes up with concepts that work. If you want to create vibrant projects for well-known brands and are ready to take full responsibility for them — read on.
What we need from you:
- Experience in a marketing agency (experience with events is a huge plus)
- Ability to manage a project team: designers, 3D artists, copywriters, creatives, freelancers — work harmoniously under your supervision — your ideas should not only focus on aesthetics but also on results: concepts and visuals should solve clients' business problems
- Figma, Adobe, basic neural networks — must have. Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, After Effects, Premier, 3D software — nice to have, but it's okay without them too
- Ability to present ideas, build dialogue with the client, and not be afraid to “get your hands dirty”
- Openness to feedback and the ability to hear the client
- Self-organization, meeting deadlines, teamwork, AI tools — are your strengths
A big plus would be:
- A great portfolio with real cases
- Ability to argue ideas and defend your vision, but without drama
What you will be doing:
- Leading projects from a creative perspective and managing the team — developing and managing visual concepts — from brand identity to presentations and special projects
- Creating creative presentations and defending them to the client — participating in brainstorms where the best ideas are born — ensuring that creative solutions and their implementation in projects are at a high level and stay true to the concept
