Head of Event Marketing Department
What you will be doing
Your task will be the strategic development and creation of new concepts for the country's largest business event project, "Alfa-Konfa". What you will be doing:
- Develop and defend long-term and annual project development strategies, considering business goals, and create an annual event calendar
- Generate and implement new formats, creative concepts, and event mechanics
- Manage innovations: search for and work with creative agencies, equipment suppliers, technology, and services: from briefing to acceptance of work and event execution
- Formulate, optimize, and control the project budget (P&L responsibility), budget reporting
- Organize and manage tender procedures (contractor selection, ToR preparation, commercial proposal evaluation)
- Analyze market trends and competitors, continuously optimize the product to maintain leadership
- Lead the marketing and event producer team (10+ people): set tasks, prioritize, control quality and deadlines
- Coordinate internal performers (designers, editors, media department, performance team) for seamless integration of all communication channels
- Monitor the project preparation progress for each milestone, ensuring deadlines and quality at all stages (pre-event, event day, post-event)
- Manage communication and risk escalation between teams (internal and external)
- Lead the development and implementation of the PR and advertising strategy in conjunction with the bank's media and PR department
- Manage the communication plan: from announcement to post-release, including working with opinion leaders
- Monitor channel performance metrics for attraction together with the performance team
- Conduct post-production: analyze results, collect feedback (participant NPS, business client surveys), prepare final reports and recommendations for scaling
Our requirements for candidates
- At least 10 years of experience in the event industry on the client or agency side as a project leader / chief producer
- Experience managing the country's largest events from idea to implementation
- At least 5 years of experience managing a directly subordinate team
- A portfolio of implemented turnkey mass events (500+)
- Extensive creative experience, strong partnerships with agencies, contractors, speakers
- Readiness for challenges and making bold decisions
- Diverse event experience is welcomed
- Willingness to travel on business trips
