Head of Event Organization Department

Your tasks will include:
- developing and implementing an event strategy within the overall strategy of the vertical;
- planning and organizing online and offline events for various audiences, aimed at solving business problems;
- managing the entire event lifecycle: from idea and creative concept to PBA analysis and performance evaluation;
- being responsible for lead generation growth, including through the launch of new events;
- managing a team of event managers and building cross-functional interaction with other departments;
- working with contractors: conducting tenders, negotiating, and ensuring quality control;
- forming and controlling the event budget;
- working with partners: attracting them to Avito events and holding joint events.
We expect you to have:
- at least five years of experience in event management in a large tech company and successful organization of online and offline events;
- experience managing a team of two or more people;
- developed and implemented event strategies in companies with B2B or B2C audiences;
- experience implementing lead generation mechanics;
- worked with contractors: know how to conduct tenders and are skilled in negotiation;
- experience in 360 project management: ability to work with cross-functional teams, properly distribute tasks, and coordinate processes during project implementation;
- use of AI tools in business processes and creative work.
