We are looking for a Marketing Events Manager to join our Wealth Management team.

Responsibilities

• Concept and planning: developing event formats aligned with business goals, creating production timelines with deadlines and control points
• Budget: preparing cost estimates, optimizing expenses, tracking costs, preparing closing documents
• Contractors: searching for venues and equipment, writing detailed technical specifications, supervising installation and accepting work
• Content and documents: coordinating layouts and texts with internal teams, creating announcements, scripts for hosts, and race lists. Using neural networks for content drafts while maintaining personal quality control
• Analytics: collecting post-event metrics (ROI, CPL, NPS, reach), presenting results to management
• Day-of coordination: managing processes on-site or online, resolving incidents according to the race list

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle event organization (offline, online, hybrid)
• Skill in developing event concepts tailored to business goals (lead generation, product launch)
• Ability to create detailed production timelines and checklists for all stages
• Budgeting experience: preparing cost estimates, optimizing expenses, maintaining reporting. Calculating CPL, ROI, NPS after the event
• Contractor management skills: searching for venues, preparing detailed technical specifications (sound, lighting, stage), supervising installation and accepting work
• Content creation skills: announcements, scripts for hosts, timing scripts (race lists), presentations for internal defense
• Proficient communication and coordination with related teams (marketing, PR, legal, product). Maintaining meeting minutes
• Confident use of neural networks (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for generating content drafts with independent quality control.
• Willingness for occasional business trips and non-standard working hours on installation and event days
