We are looking for a Community Management Manager for the A-Club. Your task will be to build a continuous community life between major events: maintain member engagement, develop intimate "club within a club" formats, and turn one-time guests of major events into permanent, loyal community members.

Responsibilities:

• Community Development: building regular, informal connections with members between major events (communication, personal attention to key members, maintaining a sense of belonging to the club)
• Small Format Events: intimate meetings, interest clubs, private dinners, and activities for a select group of members (from idea and format to on-site implementation)
• Formation and Maintenance of an Active Community Member Database: segmentation by interests, participation history, personalized invitations
• Content and Communication for the Community: newsletters, invitations, digests, maintaining the A-Club brand tone at every touchpoint
• Collecting Feedback from Members and Transferring Insights to the Team: what works, what's missing, which formats are worth scaling
• Finding and Connecting Partners for Small Formats: venues, experts, local brands that match the level and tone of the A-Club
• Maintaining Project Documentation for Each Format: brief, budget, timeline, reporting on time and without losses

Our Requirements for Candidates:

• Experience working with a premium / luxury audience or in club formats: membership clubs, private communities, alumni networks, closed loyalty programs
• Experience organizing small-format events: understanding the difference between a small format and a large-scale event: more attention to detail and personal contact, less focus on production complexity
• Experience in the banking / financial sector or with private clients, knowledge of the premium event and venue market in Moscow
• Developed communication skills: ability to build trusting relationships with wealthy and high-status individuals, tactfully and unobtrusively
• Discipline in processes and documents: parallel management of several small projects without loss of quality or deadlines
• Proactivity and independence: the role is new, much needs to be built from scratch, without ready-made templates
• Willingness for an irregular schedule: some events will be in the evenings and on weekends
