Responsibilities
Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the promotion of digital services and growth of their usage (letters of credit, escrow, factoring) for retail and corporate clients.
Planning, launch, and support of large-scale 360 advertising campaigns and client communications in online and offline channels, SEO and GEO promotion.
Organization of integrated marketing activities: promotions, special offers, special projects, partner programs, and integrations.
Analysis of the target audience, market research, competitive environment, and consumer trends.
Development of proposals for improving customer experience and increasing communication effectiveness.
Setting tasks for contractors (advertising agencies, designers, printing houses, digital teams, copywriters, editorial offices) and monitoring the quality of work performed. Preparation of technical specifications for the creation of advertising materials.
Participation in the development of creative concepts and advertising messages.
Interaction with bank departments during the launch of new products and services.
Participation in the development of loyalty programs and customer retention activities.
Organization of participation in Awards in the direction.
PR support: preparation and coordination of releases in federal media, comments from top bank officials on the direction.
Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns using key marketing indicators (ROMI, CPA, CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion, etc.).
Preparation of analytical reports and presentations for management.
Control of compliance with legislative requirements and internal regulatory documents when placing advertising materials.
Requirements
Higher education in marketing, economics, management, advertising, or related fields.
Marketing experience of 3 years or more.
Experience in launching and promoting new digital products and core products to the market: practical experience in developing and implementing federal marketing campaigns and promotion scenarios, applying AI tools in work tasks.
Experience in conducting experiments and testing hypotheses.
Ability to work with product and marketing metrics.
Experience in the banking sector, financial organizations, insurance companies, or fintech will be an advantage.
Experience in planning marketing campaigns.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, Clickstream, or similar tools is desirable.
Ability to work with a marketing budget.
