SEO / ASO Specialist

The main task is to be responsible for organic traffic growth and meeting the organic plan. The key focus is on technical optimization, site structure, semantics, content, indexing, positions, organic traffic, conversions, and reporting.

What you will be doing:

• Preparing and implementing SEO-GEO/ASO strategy for customer acquisition for the bank's retail and B2B products
• Managing the SEO/ASO agency
• Cross-functional interaction: setting tasks for developers, copywriters, and validating their work

What we expect from the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO/ASO as a specialist or manager
• Experience working with multi-page websites
• Ability to justify the business value of your area using final metrics (number of clients and cost of acquisition)
• Initiative: seeking growth opportunities, not waiting for tasks
• Experience in fintech (desirable)
