🚀 Senior SEO Manager (Fintech)

My client, the largest platform for binary options trading, is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to take full control of the organic growth of a multinational fintech company's blog. This role is about driving results in traffic and business metrics.

🎯 Objective

Build and scale the SEO system: traffic, content, link building, technical SEO, and AI visibility — towards a single goal: organic growth and conversions.

💼 Responsibilities

— Manage SEO agencies and contractors (KPIs, quality, budget) — Lead link building and monitor its effectiveness — Set tasks for development and design teams (and ensure their completion) — Launch and control the content pipeline (500+ materials/month) — Conduct content audits and build site structure — Work with multilingual SEO and hreflang — Monitor metrics (Ahrefs, GSC, GA4) — Develop AI/GEO direction (ChatGPT, AI Overview, etc.)

✅ Requirements

— 5+ years in SEO (2+ years managing contractors) — Proven track record of organic growth up to 500K+ traffic/month — Experience in fintech / finance / trading — Strong technical SEO skills (CWV, crawl, structured data) — Experience working with large content volumes — Native Russian, English C1+
