Head of SEO

Hello everyone! Looking for a great Head of SEO 📈

We need a person who can take ownership of the SEO strategy for Tier 1 markets and be a player-coach: develop the strategy, analytics, directly participate in link purchasing, and set tasks for the team.

What you'll be doing:

grow organic traffic in Tier 1 markets (Google, Bing) manage the SEO team and link builders manage link purchasing: budget, donor selection criteria make traffic resilient to Google updates implement processes related to AI Search

Really important:

**> experience with large, multi-page B2C projects in Tier 1 markets (not igaming, not betting)

confirmed experience with 300,000+ organic traffic per month in Tier 1 over the last 2-3 years**

experience with link purchasing from $5000 - $10,000 per month willingness to openly show domains, cases, and graph dynamics team management experience or desire to grow into management GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Looker Studio English B1+
