Responsibilities: 🔸Develop and implement the SEO strategy for the project portfolio; 🔸Manage the SEO team: set goals, develop specialists, and participate in hiring; 🔸Define priorities, plan resources, and control the budget for the SEO department; 🔸Collaborate with content and development teams to improve projects and identify new growth opportunities; 🔸Track traffic, conversions, and SEO's contribution to revenue, build clear reporting, and implement useful AI tools.

What is important to us: 🔸3+ years of experience in SEO and a deep understanding of technical SEO, content, and link-building strategies; 🔸Proven cases of organic traffic and business results growth; 🔸Experience in managing an SEO team, setting tasks, and building processes; 🔸Ability to work with analytics, set priorities, and make data-driven decisions. 🔸Experience with a website portfolio, affiliate projects, or promotion in international markets will be a plus.
