Responsibilities: 🔸Manage the SEO team and client projects 🔸Restructure and scale SEO production 🔸Implement automation, AI, and quality standards 🔸Monitor deadlines, SLAs, and team KPIs 🔸Increase the productivity and profitability of the department

Requirements: 🔸At least 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency 🔸Team management experience of 10+ specialists 🔸Experience working with 50-100+ projects simultaneously 🔸Practical experience in process building and automation 🔸Strong management skills, systemic thinking

Conditions: 🔸Remote, Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (MSK) 🔸Direct interaction with the CEO, freedom in decision-making 🔸Voluntary medical insurance, "YASNO" mental health service 🔸Online and offline team events
