Our client's company name is under NDA until cooperation begins.
This is a dynamic product in the iGaming sphere, successfully developing in the market for over 5 years.
We are looking for a Team Lead SEO who can not only effectively manage the team but also deeply immerse themselves in SEO processes at an expert level.
๐ Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SEO specialists (5 people).
- Formulate goals, tasks, and priorities for the team.
- Develop and control the implementation of the SEO strategy: technical SEO, content optimization, link building, on-page optimization.
- Analyze competitors and find new growth points for organic traffic.
- Work with the semantic core and project structure.
- Coordinate interaction with content, development, PPC, and analytics teams.
- Control the quality of task execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct SEO audits, review technical specifications, and evaluate implementations.
- Develop the team through mentoring, training, and regular 1:1s.
- Prepare reports on key SEO metrics: traffic, positions, ROI.
- Participate in the planning and control of SEO budgets (links, tools, content).

- Experience in managing an SEO team.
- Strong technical expertise in SEO and readiness to work hands-on.
- Experience in building processes, setting tasks, and managing dynamic priorities.
- Skills in preparing reports and budgeting.
- Ability to make decisions based on data and business indicators.
- Experience in iGaming will be an advantage, but we are ready to consider candidates from other highly competitive niches.
