Team Lead SEO

Hello! We are looking for a specialist who enjoys delving deep into projects, finding growth opportunities, and bringing their ideas to fruition.

This is a role with a significant amount of hands-on work and independence. Approximately 70% of the time is dedicated to client projects: analysis, strategy, technical optimization, content, implementation, and results verification. You will be working with a team of SEO specialists – analyzing project cases, and collaboratively finding solutions for project development.

This is definitely a place for your ideas and an opportunity to test them on real tasks: improving work with SEO content, testing GEO/AEO approaches, and strengthening the service.

We need a senior specialist with over 5 years of experience in independent work with complex SEO projects. It's important that your own practice stands behind your cases, and you can explain what decisions you personally made and how you verified their effect.

For this role, you will need:

• Experience with large websites, large volumes of semantics, and content projects — media or corporate blogs.
• Cases of AI application in work and independent development of automations
• Understanding of Yandex and Google, scanning, indexing, technical optimization, and website structure.
• Ability to work with analytics and webmaster tools, identify reasons for changes, and separate observation from hypothesis.
• Confident use of tools for website crawling, collecting semantics, competitors, and search results. Specific services may differ from our set.
• Technical literacy sufficient for meaningful conversations with developers and verification of implementation.
• Ability to estimate effort, set priorities, and discuss limitations with the client.
