SEO Team Lead/Senior in an iGaming company. Full Remote.

🔶Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of SEO specialists (5 people);
• Setting SEO goals and tasks for the team;
• Development and control of SEO strategy implementation (technical SEO, content, link building, on-page optimization);
• Competitor analysis and identification of traffic growth opportunities;
• Work with semantic core;
• Coordination with other departments (content, development, PPC, analytics);
• Quality control of task execution and deadline adherence;
• Conducting code reviews, SEO audits, and checking technical specifications;
• Training and development of team members (mentoring, 1:1, training);
• Report preparation (traffic growth, positions, ROI);
• Budget planning (link building budget, tools, content).

🔶Requirements:

• SEO experience in iGaming with tier 2/3;
• Experience in developing and implementing complex SEO strategies that have demonstrated clear organic traffic growth;
• Experience with Yandex/Google search engines (experience with user behavior metrics - for Yandex, and non-standard link building methods - for Google);
• Experience in finding drops;
• Deep understanding of the iGaming market: staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
