✨ Vacancy: Senior / Lead SEO Specialist — iGaming / Gambling

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead SEO Specialist to drive organic traffic, FTD growth, and SEO performance across multiple iGaming, Betting, and Review projects.

What you have to do: • Build and execute SEO strategies across multiple projects, break them into tasks, prioritize, and drive execution to results. • Grow qualified organic traffic and FTD, primarily across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. • Scale traffic across site networks, review projects, and other emerging SEO directions. • Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, landing pages, and internal linking. • Collect, manually analyze, cluster, and prioritize semantic cores and landing pages. • Analyze competitors and identify what actually works in the SERPs. • Conduct technical audits, crawl websites with Screaming Frog or similar tools, identify issues, and control fixes. • Integrate GEO into existing SEO processes. • Build clear reporting around traffic, rankings, conversions, FTD, RDT, and other business KPIs using Google Sheets and Looker Studio. • Run link building: crowd, manual outreach, webmaster communication, placement control, and indexing checks. • Test and apply effective SEO approaches such as expired domains, parasite SEO, and other emerging tactics.

What is important to us: ✔ 3+ years of SEO experience in iGaming / Gambling. ✔ Experience with Review websites; Betting experience is a strong plus. ✔ Solid SEO cases and measurable results from the last 12 months. ✔ Strong ability to build a strategy, break it down into tasks, and independently deliver results. ✔ Hands-on experience with Screaming Frog or similar tools. ✔ Strong understanding of technical SEO, semantics, content, internal linking, and link building. ✔ Understanding of the Gambling niche and its SEO risks. ✔ English — B1+, enough for communication and outreach with webmasters. ✔ High level of ownership, independence, and attention to detail.

• Experience with AI tools and SEO automation. • Experience with affiliates, site networks, and domain migrations. • Experience recovering projects from filters/penalties or executing fast domain migrations. • Experience with experimental and emerging SEO approaches.
