TVOE is a large fashion e-commerce company. The website is undergoing a complete transition from 1C-Bitrix to a new Flutter platform. Additionally, the product matrix has been significantly changed, which has also affected the performance of the website and mobile application.
Current stack: — frontend — Jaspr (Dart) with SSR; — backend — Django (Python); — PostgreSQL; — mobile app — Flutter, unified codebase for iOS/Android.
A large-scale site migration was recently carried out, and at the same time, the product matrix was significantly changed. Therefore, one of the primary tasks is to assess the consequences of these changes for SEO, restore lost organic traffic, and identify further growth points.
Tasks
At the first stage, a comprehensive SEO audit is required:
— technical condition of the site and consequences of migration; — indexing in Yandex and Google; — URLs, redirects, canonicals, robots.txt, sitemap, 404s, and duplicates; — catalog structure, categories, product cards, filters, and faceted navigation; — impact of assortment changes and logic for handling missing/deleted products; — meta tags, internal linking, microdata; — SSR/rendering and content accessibility for search bots; — mobile SEO and Core Web Vitals; — semantics, search demand, and current visibility; — brand/non-brand organic traffic; — competitors and link profile; — analysis of logs and search bots; — organic traffic growth points.
Separately assess the potential for: — creating SEO landing pages for categories, collections, and search demand; — content SEO; — images / Yandex Images / Google Images; — GEO/AEO and optimization for AI search; — ASO of the mobile application — will be a plus.
