Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall SEO strategy for Justdone.ai for various locales (EN, ES, PT, etc.).
• Execute link-building strategies (anchor plan and donor search).
• Gather semantic core and optimize website pages.
• Prepare briefs for copywriters and oversee task execution.
• Continuously research trends, competitors, insights, and new opportunities.
• Monitor key SEO metrics.
• Conduct technical audits and set tasks for the development department to fix issues.
• Work on converting organic traffic.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience in SEO.
• Experience scaling projects from 0 to 50k+/day organic visitors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, Similar Web).
• Deep understanding of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms, including AI optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Upper Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and technical website optimization.
• Experience in team management.
