SkyСoach is a large in-game services platform that helps with account development in WoW, Destiny 2, Call of Duty, FIFA, Genshin Impact, and dozens of other popular games. Our mission is to give every gamer the opportunity to get the maximum enjoyment from the game, helping them play the way they want. We connect professional players and buyers of game services, helping to improve skills, save time, and reach new heights in games by transferring some of the in-game tasks to our pro-players.

We are looking for a Head of SEO who will take on the SEO strategy for Tier 1 markets and be a player-coach – deeply involved in strategy, analytics, and purchasing, not just managing the process.

What will you do? · Develop and implement an organic traffic growth strategy (GEO, Google, Bing). · Form and manage an SEO team: develop specialists, set priorities, control work quality and goal achievement. · Set tasks, monitor deadlines, and evaluate team performance. · Manage link purchasing: budget, donor selection criteria, work with the linkbuilding team. · Implement processes related to AI Search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.). · Analyze competitors and identify new growth opportunities. · Monitor changes in Google algorithms and adapt the strategy in a timely manner. · Interact with development, content, marketing, and design teams. · Prepare analytics, reports, and present results to management.

What are we looking for? · SEO experience in Tier 1 markets of 4+ years, with a focus on promotion in white-hat, highly competitive niches. · Experience managing a team or a desire to grow into the Head of SEO role and take responsibility for the development of the SEO direction. · Proven successful cases of increasing organic traffic in competitive niches. · Practical experience optimizing websites for AI search (GEO) will be a big plus. · Experience promoting large projects with a large number of pages to foreign markets. · Excellent understanding of Google indexing and ranking principles. · English from B1. · Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Looker Studio. · Experience working with large budgets in linkbuilding (outreach). · Proactiveness, flexibility, ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment.
