SkyCoach is an in-game services platform for WoW, Destiny 2, Call of Duty, FIFA, Genshin Impact, and other popular games.

Responsibilities: • Develop an SEO strategy for organic traffic growth in Tier 1 markets (Google, Bing, GEO) • Manage the SEO team and monitor results • Manage link building: budgets, donors, and team • Develop the AI Search direction: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude • Analyze competitors, Google algorithms, and identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with development, content, marketing, and design teams • Prepare analytics and reports

Our ideal candidate: • 4+ years of SEO experience in Tier 1 markets within highly competitive niches • Team management experience or readiness for a Head of SEO role • Proven cases of organic traffic growth • Experience promoting large international projects • GEO / AI Search experience is a plus • Excellent understanding of Google, English B1 level or higher • Experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Looker Studio • Experience working with large budgets in link building / outreach
