Senior SEO Specialist

We are Karta.io — a FinTech (B2C, B2B) platform with high-trust virtual cards and our own crypto infrastructure. Cards are issued in seconds, work in 150+ geos, and can be topped up from any crypto wallet. We have been on the market for 3+ years, have a distributed team of 30+ people worldwide, and operate without micromanagement.

We are currently actively scaling organic traffic and are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who will take ownership of the SEO direction and build a systematic acquisition channel.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale organic traffic to karta.io (Personal + Business)
• Conduct a full technical SEO audit of the Webflow website
• Develop a content strategy for key geos and product verticals (crypto card, stablecoin payments, expense management)
• Optimize the existing blog and launch programmatic SEO for geo pages
• Work on link building in the crypto/fintech niche

Requirements

• 4+ years in SEO with a focus on international / multi-geo projects
• Experience with fintech, crypto, or payments products, or experience in an international startup
• Understanding of programmatic SEO and experience scaling content across multiple markets
• Experience working with Webflow CMS
• Proficient in technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawl budget
• Self-starter — able to drive the SEO direction without micromanagement
• Analytical mindset and proactivity in finding growth opportunities

Tools: Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog or equivalent, Webflow CMS

Will be a plus

• Experience with Surfer SEO / Clearscope
• Work with programmatic tools (Whalesync, Airtable)
• Use of AI tools for content generation and scaling
• Experience with Mixpanel / Amplitude
