As the Senior SEO Specialist, you will own and execute the full spectrum of our organic acquisition strategy across SEO, LLM optimisation, and CRO. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will define the long-term growth vision while directly implementing high-impact initiatives that drive measurable increases in traffic, visibility, and conversions across all 3Commas platforms, including our new project quantpilot.com.

You will lead our organic growth efforts end-to-end — from developing a data-driven SEO roadmap to optimising LLM visibility. Working closely with Product, Content, Data, and Engineering, you will ensure organic channels become a scalable and predictable engine of user acquisition and retention. This role requires deep expertise, a builder mentality, and the ability to execute quickly in a fast-moving crypto environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
• Lead SEO initiatives across all company platforms, ensuring strong organic growth and visibility.
• Improve LLM visibility for 3commas.io and quantpilot.com.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee link-building, technical SEO, and on-page optimization for multiple domains and regions (including non-English zones).
• Collaborate closely with content, product, and analytics teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all marketing channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes, trends, and tools to continuously improve performance and maintain competitiveness.
• Manage and mentor external partners or in-house team members responsible for SEO execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in strategic SEO management, preferably in fast-paced digital or tech environments.
• Strong background in the crypto, trading, or fintech industries — must-have.
• Proven experience in Organic Growth leadership, including a strong background in SEO, as well as hands-on expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Ability to develop and execute multi-channel organic growth strategies, driving measurable increases in traffic, conversions, and user acquisition.
• Experience leveraging LLM-based strategies (Large Language Models) to scale and optimize SEO and content workflows — e.g., AI-assisted content generation, keyword clustering, SERP analysis, metadata optimization, and content operations.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
• Experience integrating SEO strategies with content marketing, PR, and paid campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker capable of owning and growing the SEO direction of the company.
