Job Title: SEO Specialist

Yadda is a software studio on a mission to make the internet safer and more open. We build BlancVPN and a growing suite of privacy‑first tools that protect millions of users, wherever they are.

For us, SEO is not just about checklists and one-off tasks. It is a full-fledged growth function at the intersection of content, product, development, and analytics.

We need someone who feels equally confident in technical SEO, the semantic structure of pages, and measuring results. It's not just about traffic growth, but about growing quality demand.

• Technical SEO and website architecture
• Content strategy and work with search intent
• Measurement of results, reporting, and iterations
• International growth where appropriate

Who we are looking for

Key requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in SEO for consumer internet services or digital products
• Strong technical SEO: crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, canonical links
• Experience with content strategy, keyword research, and search intent
• Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and the impact of performance on SEO

Additional skills

• Experience collaborating with development and content teams to implement SEO changes
• Ability to prioritize experiments and measure their business impact
• Experience with multilingual or international SEO is a plus
• Understanding of subscription-based products is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership of results

What will be your responsibilities

Strategy and execution

• Manage the SEO roadmap across technical, content, and on-site areas
• Conduct audits and identify issues with indexing, crawling, and information architecture
• Work with the development team on changes that genuinely improve organic traffic
• Collaborate with product and content teams on landing pages, specifications, and site structure
• Grow branded and non-branded organic visibility in priority markets

Measurement and growth

• Monitor positions, traffic, conversions, and search engine updates
• Turn data into clear recommendations and action plans
• Build and improve internal SEO processes and reporting
• Help shape international SEO strategy where appropriate
• Maintain high standards of quality, experimentation, and iteration
