SEO Specialist at Moskvichka

Moskvichka is a media outlet that develops a strong editorial product. We are looking for an SEO specialist who will grow organic traffic, be responsible for the technical health of the site, and the magazine's presence in search, including AI search.

What needs to be done — Develop SEO strategy and identify growth points for organic traffic — Collect semantics and provide recommendations to the editorial team (topics, structure, headlines, metadata, internal linking) — Work with various formats: news, interviews, reviews, columns, selections, evergreen — Design website SEO architecture (sections, categories, tags, URLs, navigation) and provide recommendations to development — Conduct technical audits: indexing, duplicates, canonical, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, pagination — Set up and check structured data (Schema.org, JSON-LD) — Prepare technical specifications for developers and control implementation — Develop GEO/AEO — visibility of the magazine in LLM and AI search responses — Analyze traffic, positions, CTR, and the contribution of SEO to audience growth

Requirements — SEO experience of 3+ years — Experience working with media or large content projects is a plus — Careful attitude towards editorial style — Confident knowledge of technical SEO (CMS, templates, HTML, indexing, rendering) — Experience in designing website structure and internal linking — Practical experience with Schema.org / JSON-LD — Proficiency in Google Search Console, Yandex.Webmaster, GA4 / Yandex.Metrica, Screaming Frog — Understanding of AI search principles and ability to work with hypotheses — Ability to work with editorial and development teams: explain, prioritize, and bring tasks to completion
