About the company: 🔸A company in the field of components and electronics. 🔸We are growing rapidly and plan to expand our internal SEO expertise for our large-scale e-commerce project. 🔸We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the search engine promotion of our online store, develop the current structure, and build a long-term strategy for organic traffic growth.

Main tasks: 🔸Comprehensive audits: regular technical, content, and link audits of the site. 🔸Semantics and structure: collection and clustering of keyword sets for thousands of categories and product cards, development of site structure and internal linking. 🔸Strategy and analytics: participation in the development of a long-term SEO strategy, in-depth analysis of competitors and search engine ranking trends. 🔸Monitoring: tracking positions, traffic, and key conversions.

Interaction and processes: 🔸Tasks will be assigned by the heads of the development and marketing departments. 🔸Approximately 30-40% of working time will be spent on communication: you will need to communicate closely with team leads, defend goals, and participate in forming the development backlog.

Our expectations from the candidate: 🔸At least 3 years of SEO experience (e-commerce experience will be a huge plus). 🔸Deep understanding of Yandex and Google ranking algorithms. 🔸Basic technical literacy (HTML, CSS, JS, server responses, robots.txt, sitemap.xml). 🔸Proficient in SEO analysis tools and basic web analytics knowledge. 🔸Strong soft skills: ability to discuss tasks and goals with managers in a reasoned manner.

Will be a plus: 🔸Experience conducting A/B tests within SEO and experience in international projects.
