Responsibilities:
- participation in the implementation of activities to develop the tech brand and corporate culture;
- management and development of internal communication channels, including corporate portal, SMM: content plan development, content preparation and publication, performance analysis;
- writing and editing materials of various genres (IT, informational, marketing, presentation);
- production of new communication formats (blogs, vlogs, podcasts, etc.);
- development and implementation of a communication support program for internal projects, events, products, processes;
- organization of events aimed at team development: IT meetups, hackathons, demo days, team-building formats of various scales;
- participation in communication support for internal brand ambassadors and top management;
- organizing effective participation of company brand speakers in external industry events (speaker preparation, communication organization);
- development of internal community culture;
- conducting internal surveys and research;
- development of corporate social responsibility projects;
- development and production of merchandise.
What we expect from you:
- experience with communication channels: content plan creation, communication analysis, channel management and development, SMM;
- experience in producing content in various formats: texts, videos, photos, podcasts, special projects, etc.;
- impeccable command of the Russian language, ability to independently write and edit texts of various genres;
- experience in organizing business, team-building, and entertainment events;
- experience in developing presentations and preparing public speeches;
- experience in conducting research and surveys;
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- proactivity, creative approach to work, responsibility, interest in achieving excellent results, attention to detail.
Will be a plus:
- experience working in IT teams: knowledge of trends, leaders, key events, media, and communication channels;
- experience in developing IT communities;
- experience in managing/curating IT blogs;
- skills in working with neural networks;
- proficiency in graphic editors;
- photo and video shooting and editing skills.
