What tasks await you:
- develop and implement an internal communications strategy and provide communication support for key projects, organizational changes, and corporate initiatives;
- lead a team: set priorities, distribute tasks, and develop employees;
- form a unified communication agenda and editorial policy;
- develop internal channels: messenger, newsletters, communities, corporate media, and other formats;
- prepare materials for employees and managers;
- consult teams on the choice of communication channels, formats, and tone;
- evaluate the effectiveness of communications based on analytics and employee feedback;
- develop recognition programs: Avito Thanks, Avito Shop, badges, and corporate sports events;
- manage the direction's budget and the work of external contractors.
We expect you to:
- have experience in internal communications, including developing a communication strategy in large companies;
- have experience in team management and employee development;
- be able to translate business tasks and complex changes into understandable communications;
- have strong editorial skills and experience working with various channels and formats;
- be able to manage projects, priorities, and stakeholder interests;
- be able to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and make data-driven decisions;
- be independent, systematic, and responsible for results.
